Makombu Cocktail Stirrers

This product is made from thick, wild Makombu, cut into the shape of a cocktail stirrer. It can be enjoyed in a variety of beverages, including cocktails, sake, café lattes and tea. When left to steep in the drink for a while, the kombu’s umami components are released, adding a new depth of flavour. Additionally, the softened kombu can be enjoyed as a snack once the drink is finished. We can cut your preferred shape to order.
